Frequently asked questions

Do I need my own Make.com account?

Yes, for the Free and Business plans. You'll connect your own Make.com account using an API key. This gives you full control over your automations — but it also means you'll have two separate billings: one for Boost.space (records, AI credits, and platform use) and another from Make.com for automation usage. Business Plus and Enterprise users don't need their own Make.com account, as automation is fully integrated and managed by Boost.space.
